The global economy seemed to experience a serious dislocation of risks and trust when an evermore obscured credit system lacking transparency for fair business and trade got busted: the foreknowledge economy of insider trading, in-house judging, share-dealing, outside inquiries, inside letters, secret opinion and marginal inside opposition based on pre-science institutional behaviour seems to be symptomatic for the global structural chaos and total lack of overview within every sector of the different markets in the general and broader economy.

Basic transitional reform of energy fundamentals on the global scale will be the only way to generate worldwide implicit self-regulatory power:  a clearly integrated frame enhancing global overview everybody can understand constituates the ultimate effective convergence of national efforts of already fundamentally failing jurisdictions: atlantic unbundling of oil and gas prices unlocking the captured single-market currency by provoking real change, fair competition, responsible development and sustainable innovation in fee-free global markets: accountable globalization everybody should be happy to live with and/or within.
